Tomato and Watermelon Salad with Feta

I stumbled upon this recipe and have tweaked it again and again and absolutely love it! It is a summer staple that is a great lunch, or as a side for dinner. You can make this ahead of time and store in a closed container in the refrigerator for a few days. This is best when served cold. An odd pairing of tomatoes and watermelon, these ingredients are surprisingly made for each other. You should be able to find all the ingredients for the salad locally right now. Enjoy!
