(This video is recorded from a Facebook LIVE session)
I am so excited to share today’s episode with you featuring my very special guest Katie Gustafson.
Katie is a psychotherapist, creative, and founder of katiegustafsoncounseling.com based in Nashville.
She helps empower and inspire women to live fully into their truest, most authentic selves.
She is passionate about holding safe space for others to unblock past trauma, reconcile old story lines that don’t fit anymore, and write a hopeful next chapter using tools such as brainspotting, narrative therapy, and the Enneagram.
She is convinced that as we wake up and partner with ourselves and our desires, we will inevitably find meaning and calling.
As a recovering perfectionist, Katie has also come through her own path of healing from depression, anxiety, and disordered relationship with food. Reconnecting to the body through mindful awareness and other forms of self-compassion are a major part of her healing work with women.
When she’s not working in private practice with clients or talking about the enneagram, you can find her in a recording studio or making a royal mess in kitchen for the sake of a last minute dinner party.
In this conversation you’ll learn:
HOW TO TAKE OFF THE PERFECTIONISM MASK
RECONNECTING WITH YOUR SELF
SEEKING WHO YOU ALREADY ARE
WHAT PERFECTIONISM WITHIN FAMILY DYNAMICS LOOKS LIKE
THE DIFFERENCE IN BETWEEN HEALTHY STRIVING AND PERFECTIONISM
