More often than not, how receptive we are to compliments is a reflection of our self-esteem and deep feelings of self-worth. When we have low self worth, we can’t accept a compliment as truth.

What is your response when people compliment you? What would happen if you agreed with a compliment given to you?
Ways to Fully Acceptance and add To your sense of self worth:
1. 2 words is all you need. Thank you.
2. Let it soak in.
3. Affirm it again to yourself.
4. Verbally say, I receive that – makes you an active participant is receiving.
