“Everyone has a great reason for doing what they do.”
– NICK HENDRIX
The majority of us are raised with the concept of good and bad, right and wrong, good and evil.
We know that it’s good to help people, and bad to treat people as less than. We know it’s bad to murder people, and good to help.
Good/bad works for basic morality- it DOES NOT work for every day life.
When we exist in good/bad thinking in can disconnect us from our true selves and we fear ultimately it will disconnect us from other people.
This Good/bad thinking doesn’t work for our relationships WITH…
But, you can’t fuck it up.
So decide what is RIGHT for you using these 4 ways:
1. GET TO NEUTRAL
2. Define your anchoring non-negotiables
3. Ask the question, “Is this in alignment with my highest self, my integrity and my values?”
4. Am I making this decision out of fear?
TRUST that you know what is best for you in this moment.
Offer yourself empathy and grace!
Because at the end of the day… there is NOTHING that you can do to earn love and nothing that you can do to loose love.
YOU are lovable.
