DAILY AUDIO MEDITATIONS

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- Take a listen to the episode “Manifestation 101” of the Living Fully Alive podcast to give yourself a foundation
- Each day I’ll offer a guided meditation to follow. You can download the audio and follow along.
- Set aside 15 minutes to do this everyday. Block it in your calendar and choose a time that will be consistent everyday if possible. I prefer early mornings.
- Designate a meditation spot for the next 8 days. You’ll want to choose an spot in your home that is free from distraction as best as possible. Make it comfortable with a pillow if needed.
- Be open to the process, and commit to experimenting. You’ll be trying things you haven’t tried before. There will be days you don’t want to do it. Days where you want to quit. Meditations you love, meditations you don’t love. Give yourself permission to be ALL-IN for the next 8 days, and expect miracles.
- Make sure you have a journal for the daily journal prompts. You’ll want to set aside another 15 minutes a day for your journaling.
