Join Mary and her guest Daniel Mangena. After grappling with suicidal thoughts in his early 20’s and multiple failed business endeavors, Daniel eventually turned adversities into empowerment, creating a simple, four-step system for creating outcomes called the “Beyond Intention Paradigm.” Through his own struggles, Daniel found a path to lasting joy and purpose and he wants nothing more than to share the tools that saved his life. Your reality responds to your thoughts. Those thoughts comes from learnt behavior. Mental sabotage kicks in after outside inputs affect the stories that we tell ourselves. Our unconscious mind can not lose. This is why it is key to identify our unconscious thoughts and begin to create new thought patterns and create a new identity. Everything that shows up in the seen, starts in the unseen. 

Making micro shifts is a great way to begin to change our ways to create a conscious outcome. We need to identify the a consciously chosen outcome, and then identify the baby steps needed to move toward that grand thing. We can always take baby steps toward the bigger goal in order to build momentum. Your mind isn’t your enemy, it is your friend. It is just going along with the program. It just needs to be shown that a new program can exist. 

Once we have discovered the new program, how do we stay there?

  1. Accept that you are the author and the creator of my life. 
  2. If I want to make real change I can only make real change in a real place, and the only real place is now. 
  3. Gratitude.
  4. Listen. Have compassion for yourself. Think and feel with a level of awareness that allows you to course correct when needed.
